Lessons:

Performance evenings are run at the end of every school term to show off your new skills and develop your performance skills. It's highly recommended all students join in, but it's not compulsory - just lots of fun!

Payment can be arranged on a weekly/fortnightly/termly basis as agreed upon by both parties and to be paid in advance.

 

Promotion:

Pay by term for a 5% discount on 2023 rates, or a 10% discount on new 2024 rates.

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you're sick, notice is required 24 hours ahead of time. If this is not possible, a catch up lesson (or an extended lesson the following week) can be arranged. If less than 24 hours is provided, and no catch up or extended lesson is arranged, payment of 80% of the lesson is still expected. 

 

Cancellation due to change of plans (e.g. family event etc) is required 48 hours prior to lesson time otherwise 80% of payment is expected. 

 

If I am required to cancel a lesson due to personal circumstances or sickness, I will aim to give at least 24 hours notice and offer an alternative date to make up for the lesson. (If you pay termly and no catch up can be arranged, you will receive a refund for the missing lesson).

 

If you wish to discontinue your lessons (on a week by week payment plan), please provide two weeks' notice prior to your final lesson. This is in lieu of paying up front for each term.

Students paying by term are expected to carry lessons out for the full term and will not receive a refund if lessons are cancelled after week 2 of term.
